I actually think the did choose. They get a choice to take cash or stock. I think they see more value in stock.

Im my opinion I am not happy about a lot of things but I will say Verb has accomplished a lot in the last year.

We all want the stock to move but the reality is until they do some better PR nothing is going to change. The funny thing is we all loved Rory when we were on the OTC and he was telling us not to buy a Prius and wait to buy the Bentley when the stock ran.

Problem now is he is being more conservative about what he promises and what dates so we are all annoyed with him

Yes there should have been more of an open QA on the call but how many people can we all listen to. My suggestion is to pick up the phone and call Verb directly and ask the question. Or send an email if you prefer.

I am not a fan of Rorys performance in the past but I actually do believe the team has hit some good milestones and overall I think its not just Rory calling the shots anymore....
