As much as I am disappointed in BIEL, getting an SEC investigation going could possibly kill any deals that might actually be in the works? I personally don't think we will see any deals any time soon, if by some chance we do that could be bad for us.

KW has already addressed the issue of surrendering the rights to 28 billion shares, Ain't Gonna Happen, Get Over It!

Those rights to billions of shares are worthless if BIEL does not start making significant revenue.

As far as my DD, feel free to ignore anything I say. Won't hurt my feelings at all.
