I think that any reputable prospective partner would do their due diligence and comb through every fine detail to see if there is anything unusual before signing on the dotted line.
That said, I don't know if there is any basis to report anything, and if there is, it's a waste of time imo.

AND the stock price!!!! Anyone wishing for an investigation by the SEC for our CEO or for whatever reason, should seriously think about it again, if you are an investor. It will destroy the stock price even worse than it is now and very well could result in BK.
