From the looks of that filing, it seems this company could be hijacking other patents and IP and then trying to sue.
None of this seems proper as to how vplm gained control of patents, which I don't think they truly own.
And the 2013 were existing patents with plenty of layered amendments to them. Meaning other patents existed below them. I don't think the patents were issued TO vplm, but they somehow took them over.
And they're asking for 10's of billions. I wouldn't mind 3% of that to go away, or sell whatever my shaky ownership to big corps. My modem of operand theory is sounding more possible as time goes on.
