AMRN should settle with Reddy/Hikma to get this behind them

If they don't settle and whether they win or lose with Judge Du,

there will be an appeal to another court

The fastest way to a BO is to settle with these companies

so the purchasing company can start with less baggage

Plus a settlement should not impact share price negatively

like a Reddy/Hikma appeal with an AMRN win

or

certainly an AMRN appeal with a Reddy/Hikma win
