This is complete BS...there will probably be some sort of appeal/legal procedure ongoing for YEARS... if and when BP makes their offer it will not/could not be contingent on complete finality of legal proceedings
V...No big Pharma is going to risk ten of billions of dollars on a one drug company when there is big uncertainty...just not going to happen....for years there have been rumors of a buyout ( mostly generated by a few people on this board) and nothing has happened...Why?... If there is an appeal if AMRN wins or loses there is enough uncertainty that IMO No Buyout.
