There well be no BUYOUT until Reddy's is 100,% behind AMRN including appeals....it is imperative to settle this...what is the downside for settling?.....a few million dollars..in the words of Tony Montana "no big deal"....encouraging more generics to the party?....TEVA settled 20 months ago...no one has showed up!!!...this Reddy's business is a major bridge...it's time to pay the toll.....
If AMRN goes it alone (all the better) or gets bought out the stock well be richly rewarded with this in the rear view mirror
