I don't know why anyone is saying I think HDG is a fudster.

Does anyone actually read posts, or do they just look at the first four words and then crap their pants.

I do NOT think HDG posts FUD.

All I said was that people casually reading his recent posts might think HE thinks we're going to lose the patent cases. He never said that.

He thinks we will win but he's worried. He doesn't think it's a slam dunk.

Mobil vs. Castroil decision was ridiculous - Mobil created a completely new fluid from NG via a series of chemical reactions, whereas what Castroil did was refine a naturally occurring liquid to higher purity levels than ordinary motor oils - unless we're missing part of the story, and Castroil performed similar chemical modifications to their oil that results in something that you can't actually distill from crude oil - then I agree with the decision.

That ruling sort of supports our fight against DS EE-EPA - it is a man-made synthetic molecule, and since it's sold in V as a drug, that makes the DS form a drug as well.
