I don't know why anyone is saying I think HDG is a fudster.

Does anyone actually read posts, or do they just look at the first four words and then crap their pants.

I do NOT think HDG posts FUD.

If we're gonna fight, it really should be over something we disagree over. My post is an oar stuck in the water to push along with you in the same direction.

HDG can be a cipher but I don't believe he's worried. He just posts the facts, which some may not want to hear.

My read on his comments is that he thinks we have a strong case, but nothing is guaranteed.

He also thought REDUCE-IT had a good chance, just like he thought we had a good chance at Adcom and getting label expansion.

He's not a cheerleader so some may read that wrong, because he's not telling them what they want hear. IMO He's been the most valuable poster on the board for years, and quite accurate in his analysis.

Neither do I. "We" thought we'd win the ITC case in trial as the panel of judges seemed to lean our way. We lost. We thought there was an excellent chance with the writ of certiorari. Didn't work out. I put odds of favorable generic decision/settlement at 50:50. GLTA.

I think Amarin will win … I am not worried but I do not think it is a slam dunk (especially due to lack of access to ALL documents / information).

Tasty Worry plays a big part of this stock for the last 10 years The horse ?? has been winning the race with big opposition but we always seem to have won but suddenly one more big jump appears.Good to have your humour on the board to keep us going insane but it may be a little to late for some of us .
