I called Oppenheimer's General Counsel in NYC [phone].
Her name is Diana Sur. She will ask the analyst to call me.
I simply tried warning her that unless the analyst retracts
his report he may face litigation. Personally, I think contacting
the SEC for a charge of stock manipulation might be in order.
Elisabeth called me back to tell me they just became aware of
the report.

Litigation on what grounds? Give me a freakin break! That report sucks but he can give his opinion whether genuine or not. They could never prove insider trading as these firms are not stupid. Their counsel probably had a good laugh at your hollow threat.
