This kind of stuff happens every week. I don't see how you can sue someone over their opinion unless you can prove he made false statements within the report for some sort of gain. I'm sure he can justify his price target by increasing expenses, decreasing sales projections, & focusing on negatives like competition or IP protection. Right now everything is just a guess so his opinion is no more right or wrong then the analyst who has a $50 price target.

Excellent! For me it is sick when an intelligent, well educated person
goes out of their way to hurt someone or something that could provide
very real health benefits to their fellow humans. Did Leland Gershell
sell out for money? If he really believes in Capre then he must be
an imbecile. Imagine him actually believing that Capre will compete
or is better than Vascepa, a proven effective medication with a CVOT.
What motivates people like Herper, Feuerstein, Gershall, and S.G.,AKA
Pyrr, MRC. Something is seriously lacking in such people.

I’d suggest everyone file a complaint against Oppenheimer; and remember the Fund and name Oppenheimer doesn’t even recommend AMRN at $7. BB
