I called Oppenheimer's General Counsel in NYC [phone].
Her name is Diana Sur. She will ask the analyst to call me.
I simply tried warning her that unless the analyst retracts
his report he may face litigation. Personally, I think contacting
the SEC for a charge of stock manipulation might be in order.
Elisabeth called me back to tell me they just became aware of
the report.
