They didn't cut the A/S. They made it massively larger. Take the current A/S of 6B, divide it by the split ratio of 1 for 2000, and you get a post-R/S A/S equivalent of 3M.
They have proposed a new A/S of 3 BILLION. That's 1000 time larger than the current A/S.
It's a sideshow many of these tickers do. Besides that they have the necessary votes to do with this share structure what they wish just as the prior loser did. Don't you love those super voting shares?
