Based on this statement of yours then one has to thunk that the UW's are just plain NUTZ for getting out of CLASS 18, if they will be paid ahead of Class 19

Or they should just call up all involved and say ""HEY WE WILL GLADLY go back to Class 18 and with no more litigation needed, When do ya all want to do it?""

hotmeat, I am not saying anyone will file objection to the "Motion of Final Decree" to close this case.

I am saying there need to be enough time before hearing to give any objectors time to file. get the difference or do you need to object to everyone's statement?

hm, it seems to me Alice did the UWs a huge favor by opening the Stipulation up so this should allow the UWs to MOVE UP IN CLASS to 18 so what now could be their argument against being upgraded in priority to class 18?
