Based on this statement of yours then one has to thunk that the UW's are just plain NUTZ for getting out of CLASS 18, if they will be paid ahead of Class 19

Or they should just call up all involved and say ""HEY WE WILL GLADLY go back to Class 18 and with no more litigation needed, When do ya all want to do it?""
