Only the UW's and the LT knows exactly why the Class 18 claim was denied by the WMILT (you say UW's rejected it). Trying to get into their minds at this point is fruitless and in fact I have consistently said in the past that that decision was curious to say the least.


Now, are you ready to admit to the FACT that the UW's ""claim"" was legally placed into Class 19 in POR7 or are you intent on continuing to ignore it???

So how were the UWs initially placed in Class 18? Was it via the PoR or was it an agreement with the LT after the PoR was accepted?
