If the numbers are right, ICLD got stuck with 24 Mil SGSI shares priced at .034 to .035/share to go with dime shares and what,(?) 16 million shares at 20-24 cent shares????

I forget the first conversion price?

I think some of the Wavetech folks bought the first 3 million shares float at about .23 avg in 3 days early this year.

They must all feel pretty screwed by now???

ICLD is now pink sheet. Not required to follow SEC filing rules.

I estimated on the high side, 27 million shares diluted could account for the $800k debt. That is roughly the difference from the last share structure update.

How much more dilutive debt do they have on the books?
