ICLD already had about 16 mil shares?
So unless they found a way to unload the earlier ones that is 57-34+16 = 39 mil shares of SGSO that ICLD owns out of 57 mil?
(39/57)x100% = 68.4% of SGSI?
So Sands SGSI subs are now back under/still under(?) the control of Sands?
How can ICLD not file an SEC filling with out the SEC locking them up?
