I’m not sure either, but that’s not the point of the lawsuit. Lugee is not going after Kang to gain a relatively small amount of money. He’s protecting huge future revenues.

Lugee needs to protect the brand. If he fails to take legal action, especially after Kang did what he did, LQMT will forfeit the right to protect their brand in the future... not only from infringement by Kang, but with all comers who want to capitalize on the LQMT brand, marks, etc.. If there was nothing to protect (no huge future revenues), Lugee would not have taken action. I.e., big revenues are in the picture for LQMT in the not too distant future. THAT is the takeaway regarding the lawsuit.
