That sounds about right and would love to see this settled before year end. Can’t imagine the defense would want to drag this out knowing they don’t have a leg to stand on and they will likely be picking up the plaintiffs expensive legal bills along with their own legal costs on top of any punitive damages.

Going to get quite costly the longer it goes and not sure what resources JK may have to pay eventual settlement. Can’t get water out of a rock as they say, maybe he ends up having to liquidate the coating business or it gets spun back into LQMT if LL has any interest. Not sure if we are looking at hundreds of thousands or perhaps millions? TWT&GLTALongs
