That's strange. I wonder why Cirtran (CIRX) still has a skull and crossbones at OTC Markets, although they show it as Pink Current Info. Or is that simply because they haven't paid OTCM any fees since their return?

And the IHub board has no quotes. One WISHES the people at ADVFN would follow the Daily List and make changes accordingly. Shareholders should write to an admin asking for that to be fixed.

You don't have to check the box that says "have you been suspended or revoked in the last 12 months". So long as they filed a new 10-12g with audited financials. I spoke to Chip Welch at Enforcement who is the one who suspends and revokes, well presents to the ALJ, about this. It is FINRA that can stop you, not the SEC.
