According to the last quarterly, filed in August: Net sales past two years--Zero. Nothing. Zilch.

Shares outstanding: 4.499 billion with a Capital B.

Lots of current debt. Over $2 million in accounts payable.

A Playboy Energy Drink?

Playboy is sooooooo last century.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
