Cirtran (CIRC) was suspended on March 3,2017 for severely delinquent Financials.

On March 28,2017 Cirtran accepted revocation of their stock registration by the Admin Law Judge.

On June 27,2018 Cirtran reregistered with the SEC, 15 months after revocation.

On Sept 12,2019 FINRA added Cirtran's new ticker, CIRX, to the OTC, 14 1/2 months after reregistering with the SEC.
