Lots of companies use the adress of their agent for service of process for all communications. If there’s really an agent at that address, then it’s more likely than not legitimate.

MRC’s suite number doesn’t exist

The suite number is a fake mailbox that the LLC registry agent at Suite 300 picks up and forwards to another address (which is likely the business’s legal address in New Mexico). But that address is to another LLC registry agent, which would forward the mail to an address in Washington State. Unfortunately, that is one more LLC registry agent. I would assume they forward the mail to another registry agent in order to add one more layer of protection before going to somewhere that MRC can actually pick up. Which is probably in a completely different state than all of the other addresses.
