For what it's worth, I again searched some of the businesses located at the listed MRC address of 7901 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL. MRC's Suite #4081 is not listed. A FLORIDA REGISTERED AGENT company does use the street address and Suite #300. Not sure what the connection may be, but reading the text for the agent firm, it appears that you can form a business without having to list your home address. It also provides additional privacy benefits per the website.


Anybody know anything about this type of set-up and why it would be used? (assuming MRC is using this firm's services)
