No legit business or want to be legit research firm would go through so much trouble to remain anonymous...nefarious actor indeed. Only reason for hiding an identity like this is you know you are doing something borderline, if not, illegal.
It is my belief that MRC is a front job for one or more DS companies out of India. They don't care if they violate any US laws because they will never be held accountable. The Indian government would never follow up and they just close up shop and start all over again under another name. The fish oil DS industry has the most to lose. If and when approved, Amarin will be bought out by a big pharma who will use their marketing engine to convince everyone to dump what you buy at the store and ask for a script. This will wipe out most of the supplement sales and it should. The pills coming from China and India could be filled with horse piss for all we know since the FDA would never check.
