Nobody gets screwed, the case is going on our way. The law firm is working
real hard and they are on contingency base, when the firm gets paid, we all
get paid. No attorneys work on this case for years will get nothing.
SEC already told us way earlier UOIP would be revoked, so what is the B/S?
Be cool, most of the messages here are pure speculation.
1. PACER,
2. The demise of COMM.

We are not screwed.
You now own part of a private company as many others have said.
I am not happy with the situation as this is unfamiliar ground and I do not fully understand where this can go.
As Magnus has already said, It would be good to put a sticky up that fully explains our current situation and all eventualities (Good, Bad and Ugly).

I personally trust no one, especially when large amounts of money are at hand and agree with some other posts that we should prepare for the worst.
However, I think the worst is unlikely as you would have to be stupid to risk prison or live the rest of your life watching your back. Mr Carter does not come over as being stupid and will be extremely rich without taking our small part of the winnings.

We knew this would come, but like most of you, I would not sell my shares for any reason. I am here to the end, we just have to follow the court updates and hope our gamble pays off.

I also need this for my retirement fund, and I imagine most others here also need this to work out for them.

I wish everyone good luck and to keep positive.

You should have never put money in if you were afraid of losing the money. we all had hope that this was the one and a million but as it plays out it seems more and more like we wont ever see any money come back out of it. The rich get richer while the poor stay poor.

Ok, first of all, no one should have their whole retirement invested in any one particular stock, let alone a penny stock. Second, people have had ten months to liquidate since the SEC suspended the stock and five months to sell since the SEC announced the recommendation to revoke. If you're still invested, and your entire retirement no less, you obviously don't believe Carter will be swapping stories with Bernie Madoff over lunch on the daily at any time in the future.
