Ok, first of all, no one should have their whole retirement invested in any one particular stock, let alone a penny stock. Second, people have had ten months to liquidate since the SEC suspended the stock and five months to sell since the SEC announced the recommendation to revoke. If you're still invested, and your entire retirement no less, you obviously don't believe Carter will be swapping stories with Bernie Madoff over lunch on the daily at any time in the future.
