We are not screwed.
You now own part of a private company as many others have said.
I am not happy with the situation as this is unfamiliar ground and I do not fully understand where this can go.
As Magnus has already said, It would be good to put a sticky up that fully explains our current situation and all eventualities (Good, Bad and Ugly).
I personally trust no one, especially when large amounts of money are at hand and agree with some other posts that we should prepare for the worst.
However, I think the worst is unlikely as you would have to be stupid to risk prison or live the rest of your life watching your back. Mr Carter does not come over as being stupid and will be extremely rich without taking our small part of the winnings.
We knew this would come, but like most of you, I would not sell my shares for any reason. I am here to the end, we just have to follow the court updates and hope our gamble pays off.
I also need this for my retirement fund, and I imagine most others here also need this to work out for them.
