Mono and unsaturated fats are best and when eating saturated fats or cholesterol heavy foods, soluble fibre in oat meal and beans like pinto, black and navy beans will help lock up the excess cholesterol. Avocado is good fat as are many fish sourced fats with organically raised poultry just behind a little bit. Enzymes found in peanuts actually work to liquify sticky resins. Creamy peanut butter and soap work great to liquify and remove gum and adhesives so I am hoping a little peanut enzyme activity works on cleaning out all the cookie transfats I soaked up as a kid.
