So if a company sends OTC AS, OS, restricted and float but they only post the float and restricted, that would be a problem if the the OS and restricted doesn’t allow for the float posted? Restricted not being floating of course. I’ve seen where the float of a company exceeds the difference between the OS and restricted. Shit in shit out in many cases where a company gags a TA and selectively disclosed im sure. Funders like selling discount to market shares absent of TA screwing up their double. Company wink wink allowing funders to pump PR liquidate absent of updates relate to structure.

The OTC has always applied the C.E. to OTC tickers that have been suspended by the SEC or FINRA. Its only since George Sharp was recently hired as a consultant to the OTC that the OTC has started to put the C.E. on non SEC filers. Market makers/trading houses are not restricted from trading shares just because of the OTC designation its because of the SEC suspensions if any.

There are peers of mine who are current and former SEC attorneys and we recently began discussing some of the recent issues over at OTCmarkets- and there were some intriguing discussions and commentary regarding certain characters there. What’s even more relevant - certain high profile attorneys have Opined that it’s only a matter of time before a full blown investigation including emai/phone records analyzed to see the depth of the connectivity or potential cohersion. Very intriguing and certainly not a surprise since they ARE NOT A LEGALLY BINDING ISSUER OR EVEN A REGULATORY BODY that governs or has control over anything. I look forward to finishing a four month long research project that has benefited from the diligence of both current and former OTCmarket employees, attorneys and SEC attorneys.

Huh?? "Cohesion"?? "Issuers" are companies that issue stock. And actually, OTC Markets is one. It trades as OTCM. But that's neither here nor there.

And of course it isn't a regulator.

apparently the games continue. only they are not games against BBDA, but realtime theft and nefarious deeds. so obvious. management needs to forcefully act NOW. BBDA is also being artificially held down. apparently a 27 million share buy at .0008 causes the ASK size to then INCREASE and for this to weaken and then fall to .0006.
