Madison Stock Transfer is now an OTC verified service provider just this year. Unless the T.A. has been issued a gag order from the company, Madison effective January 1 2019, will now automatically update the OTC with the authorized and issued share figures on a regular basis. Not just for BBDA but for every ticker they represent.
