So if a company sends OTC AS, OS, restricted and float but they only post the float and restricted, that would be a problem if the the OS and restricted doesn’t allow for the float posted? Restricted not being floating of course. I’ve seen where the float of a company exceeds the difference between the OS and restricted. Shit in shit out in many cases where a company gags a TA and selectively disclosed im sure. Funders like selling discount to market shares absent of TA screwing up their double. Company wink wink allowing funders to pump PR liquidate absent of updates relate to structure.
