Great research - I think you might be right re financial statements - remember year end was only Jan 31/ 2019 just after application-
NASDAQ would have rejected already if they found anything wrong in company fundamentals.
It looks like nasdaq is waiting for some clarification from SEC regarding CBD also-

Looks like a retail location is being established in Calgary. I’ve been there before...oil town if I recall. Wonder what will be the best seller...oils or flower?

Problem with that location is it is scheduled for demolition to build a high rise condo building. Take a look at Google maps street view and look at the project bulletin top centre of the complex.

At the time the photo was taken, looks to be pre legalization, lights off. Unable to locate a phone contact. Under the visit link on cannabis cowboy website, still showing "coming soon to canada".

Any chance you might be able to look further into this for us being you are a local? Maybe get some in store photos? If I was still living in Calgary I would do it myself, but I am a few thousand kilometers away.
