Good Morning All from YYC.

I've been following this board for a while now and have a position in this company. Thanks for all the good info. Although the progress is slower than we'd all like, on many levels, including the retail side. Here is proof that at least something is happening. From what I can tell its not a fraud, its just having growing pains, as small startup's do.

Additionally, I think the NASDAQ listing is delayed because the company has to submit a Form 40-F with the SEC.
"SEC Form 40-F is a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by companies domiciled in Canada with securities registered in the U.S. Form 40-F is an annual filing similar to Form 10-K for U.S-based companies in purpose and content."
Form 10-K is an annual report mandated by the SEC and I'm sure they are compiling this with Invictus' Annual IFRS Financial Statements they need to File with SEDAR. (this is just my guess as to why this is delayed)
