Dude you are dreaming. Downsie had three employees as of the end of 2005 and the company had done a grand total of 190K in business. It is all in the D&B report that you were obviously too stingy to purchase.

The rest of this story is similar to Downsie's scam of the raped and murdered child's family. In other words, mostly lies.

Over the past year and a half, people have bought IDWD based solely on the PR's, illegible or not. Some of those have generated millions of traded shares. The fact of the matter is, there is nothing positive to go on with this company, except the PR's. That and the fact that the flashdrive is an actual product, but no one has been able to independently verify the claims made about it. When you call Downs a visionary, it is obvious you are completely taken in by him. I am not trying to attack you, but you sound like the little old lady who doesn't understand why the nice man didn't return to fix her roof after she gave him $15,000 cash or the guy who can't seem to figure out why the King of Nigeria has deposited $50 million in his account after he gave out his account numbers. Downs is convicted felon. He was a con man in the past. That is undisputable. Why would any rational person think he suddenly became this noble person with great vision who is only concerned about what is best for his shareholders? Sorry, buddy, but you sound really naive.
