And here is a good response, "Call the company a have them answer them to your comfort level." They are very open. The gentleman who could answer those questions for you is there everyday. His business card was posted by Moose a couple of days ago. Allow yourself to do a little DD on your own.

I can't answer any of your concerns as my knowledge of vehicles is extremely limited. When my trucks break down it is a breakdown. When I kick them, and they still don't work, it is a major breakdown!

ok gus, maintenance costs etc might be a little higher, but why are you worried about ISO9000 qualification ... because they use machines being "out of date" ? Regarding ISO9000 it does not matter what type of machinery they use or even how old they are ... ISO9000 is a standard or a "guaranty" to proof a third party (in most cases this is the customer) that all your internal operating procedures (or workflow) are logical, optimized and documented in order to ensure a certain (and more important a constant) product-quality, right ?
