Very well said Doc logic.

May of us longs had the chance to average down after all this, so if the situation is solved and NWBO will become what we (longs) think, we must be grateful that this all happened. The reward will be tremendous.

All the best to you Doc and many thanks for all your great posts.

You [ie "me"] apparently assume that Mr. Woodford's actions with regard to Ondra and his attempt to seat his own choice for board member was somehow an attempt to improve investor value. I don't believe that. ...... I suspect Linda knew the questioning was delving into these areas without any apparent need to do so. Subjective analysis on my part? Yes, but backed up by the actions taken.

You believe that Neil Woodford was involved in Ondra's spying activity via Ms. Wolf. This was also the suspicion of sentiment_stocks at the time:-

Now I don't know about you, but I would be pretty angry to find out that someone from Ondra was also sitting on that company's board ... and was actually sent by Ondra to work directly with me on how to improve share holder value. This should have been disclosed from the beginning, don't you think? .........
I don't see how you can say that's unfounded. I'd like to think Neil Woodford agrees with this. If he doesn't, I'd be very interested to find out why.

In answer to senti's question and your certainty, Neil Woodford had this to say in a Q&A Session in March 2016:-

Q. I’d very much like to know if Mr. Woodford was aware of Katherine Wolf of Ondra’s board affiliation with MacroCure (a company currently involved in a lawsuit with NWBO’s vaccine manufacturer Cognate) when he recommended Ondra as a consultant to Northwest. Does Mr. Woodford know why Ms. Wolf, who was obviously NOT “conflict-free”, was chosen for the Ondra team to meet with NWBO? ....... Thank you.

A. Thank you for your question and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Neil was not aware of Ms Wolf’s affiliation with MacroCure or why she was chosen for the Ondra team that met with Northwest, who, we would add, dealt with the matter in an appropriate manner. We hope this puts your mind at rest.

Either your belief in his guilt is misplaced or Neil Woodford is a liar. Which am I to believe?

Doc logic,

Thanks for filling in some NWBO history which I have so little knowledge on. I really appreciated you and Sentiment, Flipper and a few others postings.

So all this and no derivative suits against either party? And what of the poison pill and fiduciary duty to commons?

>>To combat this Linda appears to have let the price go into a free fall during a relative news vacuum perhaps created by a self defense strategy which included buying back cheap shares to maintain control while Mr. Woodford was on the sidelines and his associates lost money on their balance sheets after they invested. Linda has alays found a way to maintain control. This time the vote to increase authorized shares allowed a nail to be put in the coffin of any possible hostile attempt to take gradual control through loose associations as Linda offered shares up for sale basically only to friendlies on the cheap.
