Fiduciary duty is subjective when considered as a responsibility over time. That duty is arguably being done on behalf of long term NWBO investors by keeping NWBO independent until Direct value can be established. You are planning on waiting to sell your "position" after that time right? Now traders and shorts might argue differently about fiduciary duty although the shorts would have nothing to complain about over the last 3 years and traders.. well how long is any duty owed to them?
