Neil was not aware of Ms Wolf’s affiliation with MacroCure or why she was chosen for the Ondra team that met with Northwest, who, we would add, dealt with the matter in an appropriate manner. I would like to believe Woodford is not a liar and that this was the truth. If so though, I’ve wondered why Katherine Wolf remained employed by Ondra for so long afterwards? Having recommended Ondra to Northwest, and insisting on LP hiring them, when they sent in a wolf, why then did Woodford not insist that she be fired? I wonder too if he continues to work with them on other projects? Do you think it unreasonable that I am curious as to the answers to these questions?

In a post I wrote a draft for but perhaps was deleted before sent (I haven't found it yet and sometimes they get deleted by accident when I don't return to them soon enough) I suggested that under a very complex scenario there was a possibility that Mr. Woodford was set up. That would take a very, very good explanation and seemed a remote possibility based on all the actions taken by him. If I was on a jury I would be looking for every way to find him innocent based on all the evidence, some of which I may not have at this point. As an investor familiar with the manipulation of small biotechs I have my eyes wide open to what the evidence I do have points to.

By the way, degrees of separation are created to insulate higher ups from those working below them thus permitting higher ups to be truthful about not knowing about specifics. Please consult with Colonel Oliver North of the Iran Contra affair about this if you have any questions. Best wishes.
