BBanBob....problem is after 10 years, WMB Holdings squirreled them away in the Cayman Islands...so its gonna take Colombo (the detective to find them), and if they do, those assets will be "watered down"...sadly, all that I can see here is years of misery by recipients waiting for returns through the court system....always remember. that it is "easier to get into a deal, than GET OUT OF IT...Lodas

I've always wondered what he meant by "go after". .. I mean if the assets are ours why would we have to go after them....would they just be returned to us. "Go after" to me means that we can attempt to get the assets...but it's not a certainty we will get them.
