lodas if you do a basic google search on WMB Holdings inc you could plainly see that company has NOTHING to do with us. That company was founded in 1989 and is privately owned. Again, absolutely nothing to do with us.

here is my take on SH assets as purported to exist, and some have good evidence that they do... then the question will be when they come "out of hiding after 10 years is: whose assets are they anyway?...the reason the judge, IMO silenced the lawyers who wanted to get them in the court records, is that there would have been an immediate fight for claims over them...if, as some say that there are billions of pounds of sausage that belong to the estate, believe me there will be an immediate fight as to who owns them.. it is only natural that a court hearing is neseccary to establish the ownership of these SH assets, in spite of the legal succession of the estate to equity holders....billions of dollars of money does not go "quietly in the night", without contesting in a court of law to legal ownership, which can only be determined by lawyers in front of a U.S. bk judge...so my take is that, until ownership of these assets are litigated, payout may take years of waiting....disclosure: I only have Wmih common stock and escrow markers, so, really none of this will impact me...should the employees claim be denied, I will only share in the 1.5 million alloted shares based on my 195000 escrows...The SH assets, I don't ever expect a payout, since it will be tied up in court for years.. IMO my focus is on Wmih and NSM merger...one can only get a harbinger of whats gonna take place when SH assets are disclosed, by the trading action of the Wmih stock..manipulation, fraudulent trades, by thieves who will never let billions of dollars go to escrow holders without a fight....Lodas
