countryroads...I was thinking exactly the same thing, when I left my computer a few seconds ago, and returned with that phrase.. to go after"...to me it implies, to seek, getting a lawyer involved through court action to get something back with forceable action...why didn't the judge come right out and say that those assets belong to shareholders, period?.... that phrase "to go after" has a courtroom fight all over it...Lodas

Just ASK THE FDICK it feels about NOT BEING YET RELEASED, and WHAT agreements did they make or concession did they give up to HAVE THE 5th TAKING CASE DROPPED against them!!


DO you even have any idea what would have happened if we had pursued the 5th taking case??????????? We HAD/HAVE LEGAL grounds for it!!!!
