We need a new ceo. Brian is given shares to toxic finders to pay who? A lawyer, cpa, and himself???? We sure don’t have a product to produce to spend money on. The PJ deal was a joke. He sure is pumping out the shares to toxic funders like no tomorrow though.

If he raises the AS for any reason at all I’d think it would be after upward momentum began.

It would be foolish to do so at the current levels. So to state an AS increase is like stating we WILL BE BOUNCING soon!

10/1/18 OS: 630,989,121, up 94.7M (16.9%) in month

LIBE's Transfer Agent, Olde Monmouth, just updated LIBE's OS (Outstanding Share) count at OTCMarkets, and as of October 1, 2018, it is now 630,989,121 shares. That's a 94.66M (16.9%) increase since the Sep 1, 2018 report of 539.8M. Roughly 74M shares were added in the three weeks since LIBE reported 560.3M shares as of Sep 11, when it filed its Pre-14C announcing the increase in the number of Authorized Shares from 2 Billion to 6B.

On Sept 8, 2018, three days before CEO Conway filed for the AS increase, I wrote the following:

Since April 1, LIBE has added between 67M and 113M shares/month, so it's a pretty safe bet that with only 60.3M shares needed to crack the 600M barrier, we'll see that number fall when the TA next reports the OS in early October.

On Sept 11, I wrote that it was possible that LIBE could hit 700M shares before the end of Sept, but that prediction was wrong. Instead, because note conversions are now happening at a price of $0.00017, it is all but assured that LIBE will hit 700M sometime in October.
