9/1/18 OS: 539,761,593. Another Conway lie shot down

LIBE's Transfer Agent (Olde Monmouth) just updated LIBE's OS count at OTCMarkets, and as of September 1, 2018, it is now 539,761,593 shares. That's a 74.16M (15.9%) increase since the Aug 1, 2018 report of 465.6M, and shows a greater boost than the 30M - 50M expected by many here. Roughly 67M shares were added in the two weeks since LIBE reported 472.7M shares as of Aug 14, when it filed its 10-Q for the quarter ending June 30, 2018.

Last month, I wrote the following:

Barring some kind of deal struck in the next couple of weeks, the OS will likely crack 500M this month, and will put the lie to CEO Conway's oft-repeated claim that, despite the official 2B AS on file with the State of Nevada, the true AS is only 500M, with 1.5M reserved to cover a lawsuit.

That comment of Conway's was posted on his personal Facebook page on April 24 or 25, 2018, but has since been deleted. Thankfully, someone here posted it in its entirety:

Brian Conway The AS is @ 500 mil. - roughly 1.5 billion is reserved to LG which has been in litigation for over a year. Eventually that will be resolved in our favor at which time we’d retire it (the 1.5 bil is from pre-reverse)

It appears that Conway was lying when he wrote this, but if he was telling the truth, then he'll have to raise the AS soon to make sure that the 1.5B share "cushion" for LG remains viable.
