Conway either lied, or must raise AS

If he raises the AS for any reason at all I’d think it would be after upward momentum began.

It would be foolish to do so at the current levels. So to state an AS increase is like stating we WILL BE BOUNCING soon!

That's completely missing the point of my post.

CEO Conway said that the AS was actually 500M, with another 1,500M held as reserve against the LG suit.

Now that the OS has hit approximately 540M (and rising due to Power Up notes,) then the number reserved for the LG suit is only 1,460M, and falling.

So either Conway was lying about the true LIBE AS being only 500M shares and the 1,500M reserved for LG, or he was telling the truth, but if he was telling the truth, then he would have to immediately raise the overall AS to maintain the 1,500M reserved for the LG lawsuit.

If he doesn't raise the AS, then he was lying about the 1.5B shares being reserved for LG, and instead, the true AS was actually 2B.

Either way, one of the oft-repeated arguments in favor of the LIBE share count being limited to 500M has gone down in flames.
