Might for some of the technology, maybe not .25, but .05 to .10 possibly. Many companies are acquired for millions of dollars, that have never made a dime, but they are bought for the potential. I too have my doubts about Alex now, after last week, but hope springs eternal as they say. I am on the sidelines for now (dumped 5 million shares at a huge loss, when I read that drivel in the stockholders letter and saw the errors in the Q) suspect UATG may dip to trips, 65 million shares sold off in 2 days, surprised it stayed above .001. People are fed up, the Q raises more questions than it answers. Under liabilities it still shows $138,274 worth of shares to be issued, same as last Q. That’s 125 million shares at .0011. What is the explanation? Where will the shares come from, now the AS is maxed. Accounts payable went down by $155,453 but the share count increased by almost 450 million as of June 30th and since then the count is up another 150 million. I don’t know, I understand some secrecy when deals are in progress, but 9 months of it, I am not so sure. We were told at 823 million that was it, then again at 904 million and now we are probably at a billion AS. Alex needs to put out a real PR and address these issues to everyone.
