But if we are trading for instance at .25 and the acquiring company is trading at .50 they would give us a 1:2 ratio. If we are trading at .001 and the aquiring company is trading at $2.50 we will get a 1:2500 and wipe us out.

They're not going to over pay just for the hell of it.

And if I were the purchasing company, I'd want to buy the other as cheap as possible and give them as little as I could.

They arent just going to hand over .25 cents a share when we are trading at .001.

Makes no sense.
