What he means is that we are ALREADY wiped out. PPS is at all time lows. The company is worth 1 million dollars. If we get bought out at 0015, then the only capital growth to be had is from the new company. Not exactly great. It woils be much more palatable after all this time to be bought out at a penny or two.
