Happens all the time and in the case of a company that is not in financial trouble like bankruptcy, buying companies will pay premium where it applies.

Wipe us out!? How!? Any conversion just changes our share count not our investment. We lose no money and if they pay premium we make money. On top of that we will have shares in an uplisted company that is fully reporting! How’s is that not better? How does that wipe anyone else?
